Are there any transaction fees?

Your monthly plan is the only thing you pay us. There's a 4% service fee on orders to cover payment processing — and you decide who pays it: pass it to the customer at checkout or absorb it into your pricing. Payments land straight in your Stripe account.

Is there a contract?

How does the SMS number work?

We provision a dedicated business number through Telnyx and register it for 10DLC business messaging on your behalf. Customers text that number to order; your assistant answers 24/7 based on your business rules. Note: SMS texting requires a registered business with an EIN (such as an LLC or corporation) — a US carrier requirement for business texting (A2P 10DLC). Don't have one yet? You can still use everything else (Instagram DMs, storefront, email); SMS can be added once you're registered.

How seriously do you take security?

Very. All payments run through Stripe — we never store card details. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, scoped per business (no cross-tenant access). Our infrastructure runs on Railway + Supabase with row-level security on every table. We conduct regular security audits and monitor for anomalous access. We don't sell customer data — ever.
