SMS Policy

Program name

WavyOS Order Updates, operated by Wavy Systems LLC (“Wavy Automations”). Messages are sent on behalf of the independent business you ordered from or booked with, using WavyOS.

Who receives messages

Only customers who opt in when placing an order or booking on a business’s WavyOS storefront, and business owners who give us their number for account and order alerts. The opt-in is a separate, unchecked box that you tick yourself.

Message types

• Order and booking confirmations
• Deposit and balance receipts, and payment links for an order you placed
• Pickup, delivery and appointment reminders and status updates
• Replies to a text you send us about your order
• For business owners: new-order and account alerts, and one-time login codes

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity. Expect a few messages per order or booking, and none when you have nothing open with the business.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Wavy Automations does not charge customers for texts.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You will get one confirmation and nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@wavyautomations.com.
• Reply START to resume if you previously opted out.

Consent

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order or book without opting in and follow your order by email or on the storefront instead.

Your information

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver the texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
