For tattoo artists and studios

Tattoo booking with deposits, straight from your Instagram DMs.

Most tattoo requests start in your DMs, and most of them stall there. WavyOS gives you a booking page for your bio link where clients describe the piece, upload reference photos, pick a time that fits the session length and pay the deposit before the slot is theirs.

Built around how tattoo booking actually goes

  • "How much for a half sleeve?" with no details

    Requests arrive complete

Your request form asks for placement, size, style, color or black and grey, cover-up or not, and reference photos, so you see the whole idea before you reply.

  • Holding a Saturday for someone who never pays

    No deposit, no slot

Clients pay the deposit on your own page when they book. Set it as a fixed amount or a percent. Payouts go to your own Stripe account.

  • Last-minute cancels and no-shows

    Your terms, agreed at booking

Clients agree to your booking terms before they pay, and your cancellation and no-show fees come out of the deposit.

  • Big pieces that need a conversation first

    Consults and a waitlist

Offer consultations for custom work, and let clients join a waitlist when your books are full.

  • Juggling artists, session lengths and days off

A calendar that knows your sessions

Each service has its own length and buffer, and each artist has their own hours and time off, so open times are real.

  • Aftercare texts you forget to send

    Reminders and follow-ups

Clients get appointment reminders, plus aftercare and touch-up follow-ups after the session.

How it works

  1. 1

    Client opens your booking link

  2. 2

They send the idea and reference photos

  3. 3

They pick a time and pay the deposit

  4. 4

You get the booking, details and all

  • Starter and up adds the assistant, which answers your Instagram DMs day and night under the name you choose and hands anything it isn't sure about to you.
  • Reminders go out by email. On Pro they also go out by text, to customers who opted in.
  • No contracts. See every plan and fee on the pricing page.

Questions tattoo artists ask

Can I take a tattoo deposit from an Instagram DM?

Yes, through a link. The client books and pays the deposit on your own booking page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. On Starter and up, the assistant answers the DM and sends that link for you.

Can I charge a fixed deposit or a percent?

Either. You choose a fixed amount or a percent of the service, and you can change it any time.

Can clients upload reference photos?

Yes. The request form takes reference photos along with placement and size, so you have the details before you confirm.

Does the assistant quote prices for custom tattoos?

No. It uses only the prices you've set. For custom work it collects the details or offers a consultation, and you set the price.

Can I keep cancellation fees from the deposit?

Yes. Clients agree to your booking terms before paying, and your cancellation and no-show fees are taken from the deposit.
